Cancellation Policy
  1. Objectives and Background
    • (a) CHG Migration (29 233 485 187) is committed to providing the best service in a timely and professional manner. We aim to be as flexible as possible accommodating our clients’ needs.
    • (b) However, when appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents other clients from accessing those time slots. This cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for all parties involved.
    • (c) This policy outlines our process for cancelling or rescheduling appointments and explains when cancellation fees apply. It is designed to promote clarity and respect for the time of both our clients and staff.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Process
    • (a) We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot.
    • (b) You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us by:
    • (c) We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Please inform us by 24 hours’
      prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
    • (d) Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of two times. Further changes will lead to forfeiture of the consultation fee.
    • (e) If no prior notice is given or the notice given is not in accordance with the cancellation process, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed appointment.
    • (f) Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late past your appointment we will have to reschedule or cancel the appointment, which will incur a cancellation fee for missed appointment.
  3. Cancellation Fee
    • (a) No cancellation fee applies if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment.
    • (b) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% fee of the consultation cost.
    • (c) Reschedules made within 24 hours is permitted and will not incur charges.
    • (d) A full cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations or rescheduling made within 4 hours of the appointment time, or in cases where the client fails to attend without prior notice.
    • (e) Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur the full service fee and are considered non-refundable.
    • (f) The cancellation fee will be deducted from any deposit paid for the appointment (if any).
  4. Acceptable circumstances for waiving cancellation fee
    • We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances.
    • Missed appointments can be unintentional or may stem from an emergency, etc. Therefore, subject to approval by CHG Migration, cancellation and reschedule due to such circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee.

  6. Agreement
    • By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. You accept that failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
